BrewDog released this stout to go head to head with Guinness and it's a cracking brew. Our clone version features the same layers of roasted coffee, chocolate and caramel partnered with a more zingy hop than is usual in a stout in Simcoe.
Malt: Pale, Roasted Barley, Chocolate, Crystal, Munich
Hops: Simcoe
Yeast: US-05 American Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1056 American Ale (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch
Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.
