Another from Graham Wheeler's classic British Real Ale book. Ringwood's easy drinking slightly tart pale bitter with strong malt and hop flavours plus light fruit notes. 3.8% ABV and 24 IBU.
Malt: Pale, Crystal, Chocolate, Torrefied Wheat
Hops: Challenger, Goldings
Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1098 British Ale (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch.
Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.
