All Grain Kit - Brew Bros Galaxy SMaSH

Our own SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) recipe showcasing Galaxy, the increasingly popular Australian hop bursting with intense citrus, peach and passionfruit most commonly used in the whirlpool and dry hop. This 6% New England style IPA is heavy on late addition hops with a generous dry hop and includes an extra pack which you can double dry hop with or store away for another brew if you wish.

Malt: Extra Pale

Hops: Galaxy

Yeast: WHC Saturated (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1318 London Ale III (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch 

Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.

Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
