All Grain Kit - Brew Bros GONK NEIPA

We launched this recipe of Ed's on tap at our February homebrewers meet up and it did not disappoint! A nice and fluffy extra pale malt base loaded up with the juiciest and most tropical hops going (plus some dank from the Strata) and you have GONK at 6.2%. Make sure you roll with a super soft water profile for this one.    

Malt: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Flaked Oats, Carapils, Flaked Wheat, Wheat Malt

Hops: Magnum, Nectaron, Sabro, Strata

Yeast: WHC Saturated (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1318 London Ale III (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch but a starter will need to be made to ensure adequate pitch quantity. 

Comes with dextrose for priming, sanitiser and instructions.

Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
