All Grain Kit - Brew Bros Mosaic SMaSH

Our own SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) recipe showcasing Mosaic, the ever popular American dual purpose hop with its incredible aroma of stone and tropical fruits alongside a mango, pine and citrus flavour profile. This 5.2% IPA is heavy on late addition hops with a generous dry hop and includes an extra pack which you can double dry hop with or store away for another brew if you wish.

Malt: Pale

Hops: Mosaic

Yeast: US-05 American Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1272 American Ale II (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch 

Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.

Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
