Our own SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) recipe showcasing Amarillo, the American hop famous for its orangey citrus aroma and flavour profile. This 5.2% IPA is heavy on late addition hops with a generous dry hop and includes an extra pack which you can double dry hop with or store away for another brew if you wish.
Malt: Pale
Hops: Amarillo
Yeast: US-05 American Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1272 American Ale II (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch
Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.
Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
