This is fast becoming our go to yeast for NEIPAs and any juicy pale with a soft mouthfeel. It is the same strain as the ever-popular Wyeast London Ale III but dry so super easy to use!

It is a top cropping NEIPA yeast of English origin, it produces a tropical fruit ester profile and induces biotransformation with hops. Good haze stability.

Pitch Rate: 0.5-1.5g per litre of wort

Fermentation Temp: 19-22°C
